Sir last year I got 18 k and this time I got 22 k . With trend of last 2 year i focused more on rapid stuff like BTR n left main notes which I studied in my final year . M interested in medicine. Now m confused sd I take any branch in dnb or diploma in medicinal branch or sd I take drop with taking non clinical branch in Delhi so that I can study during that. Non modifiable but i didn't have any social media, i maintained proper discipline and proper routine. Gt aslo i used to 550 plus for the last 7-8 gts sir. This time also, from recall videos i matched getting around 560 plus score ( the least score) but rank around 20k .i was in shift 2 sir, went far from my state 2 days before 30-40k spend sir. I always wanted a good rank so that the expenditure i was doing go fruitful, i was quite sure that in no way going to get 10-12k ( seeing the students trend in gt ) at the max but after result i got beyond 20k rank . I am still now not understanding my fault and what wrong approach i did. I wrote all the possible mistake we can do before exam and i worked hard not to commit any such mistakes. What to do now sir. Should i repeat or take a branch this year, i had fascination for medicine always but in my rank i wont get it. What to do now sir.

I attempted this neet pg exam after 2 years gap... I am a 2012 batch student... My first attempt of neet pg was in 2020 and my rank was 22000(without much preparation as a major setback in life was going on at that time).. Then i prepared for one year doing parttime job and my rank was 14000...I wanted to take medicine always as i am good at retaining core medicine... But took psychiatry due to some reasons.. Joined dnb psychiatry in 2022 february in a very good hospital with full fledged patient flow... Joined with a very positive mindset but passing two years understood this is not my field (mainly i started feeling i am not learning core medicine and this subject is far away from major medical branches, and the work environment became very manipulative and its just making money).. So i decided to drop the course and prepared for neet but couldnt study for more that 3 hours a day... Expected marks between 480-500 shift one... But got rank of 45000(was expecting within 25000)..Anyway am droping the course and join in govt services as i need to support myself and prepare for upcoming neet... Hoping for the best and at the same time want to stop this oddities whatever happened like normalisation, two shifts... Waiting for the score card...

Sir first all the coaching should raise voice against the discrepancies of the results. There is absolutely no explanation for good recall marks and unreal ranks. It's high time to show students that u don't just consider them as money making machine.

Sir, I have a lot of Problems ( Modifiable). I got a lot of family financial problem. I am 2014 batch. I am an above average student. I got major heartbreak just after my JRship. Then I started working as Resident Medical Officer to support the family. My Mom was a cancer patient, (Primary Peritoneal Carcinomatosis) fighting for life. I was involved whole throughout the year. Recently she passed away and I started studying sincerely during my grief period and I got 34k rank this time. Because of all these factors I couldn't study well. I want to give a last shot to my level best. Sir, must I try a final attempt? At times I am exhausted sometimes.

Sir i made my notes crisp. But revised only twice.. I didn't give GTs .. not even one.. If rectify this mistake then i can score well na sir.

This year drop will be the best decision! Because so many blunders happened this year , that intelligent students got affected the most ! Average students were benefited by all these things happened this year ! So It is pretty clear that next year ranks of intelligent candidates will improve drastically!

You are right about the issue of discipline. I was not disciplined and thought i would study hard now and it has been 3 years of drop.. And still the same. I have decided to take a job to give some time crunch and routine/structure/responsibility to my life... And prepare along with the job. I am not giving up yet considering it non-modifiable. I want to get disciplined and do better. I know I can do better. Hope I tell you next time that I got out of this chronic droppers loop.

First of all, your BS talk has become irrelevant lately! So many brilliant students are getting unexpected ranks between 15k-60k, even after getting 150+ corrects! Yet here you are, talking about how you’ve seen “even 4-5k rank students being happy with their results,” as if these ranks are bad. Reality check: first of all, your opinion seems like you live under a rock and don’t even know that ranks between 15k-20k are considered decent in this exam, and yes, students do tend to be happy about it! Don’t generalize your BS opinion that only ranks under 3k are considered good! The institute you belong to is the worst among all when it comes to app reliability and mistakes in GTs and Qbanks! If you don’t have the audacity to speak about this unfair result, then don’t! But don’t come online and make a mockery of people who are already hurt by their unfair ranks by saying you got a call from a student and she is not happy with her 400 rank!
